The manufacturing process of yoga clothes is not complicated, but if it is required to meet international standards and achieve export quality, it is not a simple and easy task. The following is an introduction to the production process of a finished yoga suit:
Mainly polyester, nylon and cotton.
Many of the yoga clothes we buy are products made on flat machines or edge machines. Our company uses four stitches and six threads to make yoga clothes. Thicker garments will not produce bumps. The lines of the clothes are beautiful and smooth, the wearing feels more comfortable and beautiful, and it is not easy to run the line, showing the femininity and toughness of women. The four-needle six-thread process, namely ISO607 stitch, consists of four upper threads, one bottom thread and one stretch thread. Compared with three-needle and five-thread stitches, four-needle and six-thread stitches have the advantages of beautiful, straight and similar seamless stitches, and are often used in the production of underwear and sportswear.
3. packaging
Cutting and processing are the main production steps, followed by the packaging department. Cutting thread ends, labeling, placing chest pads, and bagging, these follow-up tasks still need to be refined. We have been doing foreign trade for many years, and we have paid great attention to these details, so that customers can't find faults. Only after the professional QC inspection, the goods reach the standard, can they be sent out.
The release of a ready-made garment seems ordinary, but it is also laden with a lot of hard work and sweat. Bringing customers a healthy and comfortable wearing experience is our ultimate goal.
